Bermuda took on the number Two Seeds Trinidad & Tobago in their opener, with Bermuda going down 2 – 1.
Bermuda was down 1 – 0 after the first match as Vincent Boisvert went down in straight sets 6-2, 6-3 to Nathen Martin, but Bermuda’s Under 14 number one player Antonio Warner leveled the match at 1 – 1 when he defeated Jaylon Chapman in a three set battle 6-4, 2-6, 6-4.
The match would be decided in the Doubles, with the Bermuda pair of Boisvert and Cooper McGuire going down in straight sets 6-3, 6-2 to Zachery Byng and Chapman.
