The 2016 Highland Springs Junior Tennis Tournament got underway at the Pomander Gates Tennis Courts in Paget.
This local tournament comes on the heals of the International Tournament that concluded two weeks ago at teh WER Joell Tennis Stadium.
David Leader needed three sets to defeat his Boys Under 18 Singles opponent Benjamin Lines 6-3, 6-7, 10-7, while Benjamin Jones defeated Daniel Phillips in straight sets 6-3, 6-4 in their Boys 14 Under Singles matchup.
