Day Three of the third Annual Deloitte Tennis Open at the Pomander Gate Tennis Club saw with two Men’s A Singles, one Ladies A Singles and two Men’s B Doubles matches on tap.
Men’s A top seed Jenson Bascome defeated John Masters in straight sets 6-1, 6-1, number two seed David Thomas also won his match in straight sets 6-0, 7-6 against Christopher Weeks.
Cayla Cross won her Ladies A Singles match in straight sets 6-3, 6-2 against Lindsay Fisher, while Michael Toyer and Ben Wright defeated Weston Hatfield and John Masters in three sets in their Men’s B Doubles match. Hatfield and Masters won the first set 6-4, but Toyer and Wright won the second set 6-2, and then they won the third set 10-3.
