Day 2 of the 2012 BACARDI Seniors Tennis Tournament continued at the Pomander Gates Tennis Club with a full slate of matches.
There was two major upsets on the day, with Dennis Harris defeating Erwin Leader in straight sets in their Men's 55 Singles Green Division 6-4, 7-5.
Men's 45 Doubles number one seeds Wilfred Gonzalves and John Johnston went down in straight sets 6-4, 6-1 to Arigo Merlo and David Taylor.
In Men's 45 Singles action, Harris playing his second match of the day defeated Ross Hillen in three sets 6-3, 5-7, 6-2 and a match that took three hours saw Jeff Stirling defeat Nick Cardinez in three sets 6-2, 5-7, 6-4.
Wendy Lawrence and Judy White defeated Sarah Fox and Sarah Peniston in three sets during their Women's 40 Doubles match 6-4, 4-6, 6-0.
