Tyler Smith continued taking part in the Barbados Junior International Tennis Tournament in Barbados and has advanced to the Women’s Singles Semi-Finals.
Smith defeated the tournament’s number eight seed Anita Safronenka from Bulgaria in three sets.
Smith won the first set 6-4, but Safronenka won the second set 6-2, but then Smith showed her dominance by winning the third and final set 6-0.
In the doubles, Smith and her partner Jeung Yang from Korea have advanced to the Finals following their Semi-Final win over sisters Alexander and Madison Bourguignon from the United States of America.
Smith and Yang won in straight sets 6-3, 6-2.
