Preparations for the upcoming Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) season changed gears, as work on the wicket at the National Sports Center is underway.
BCB High-Performance Chairman Allan Douglas has a crew working on the wicket hoping to have it ready for play in the domestic league.
Douglas said, “We are looking to have league matches played here at the end of April, ultimately we are preparing the wicket for the ICC Americas Regional T20 Tournament, we are also looking to have the wicket prepared for the Bermuda Premier League, which will feature two teams from the Caribbean.”
