Ali Orr top scored for Delray Rawlins and his Sussex teammates making 59 runs after New Zealand declared on 342-3 overnight, but the hosts were eventually bowled out for 247.

Rawlins was only one of six Sussex batsmen in double figures as he scored 10 off 27 deliveries, he hit two fours.

Bailey’s Bay won the toss and elected to bat, a 147-run third-wicket partnership between Brandon Trott and Terryn Fray helped to guide Bailey’s Bay to their total of 245/5. Fray scored 101 off 118 balls, he hit 9 fours and 3 sixes, while Trott scored 61 off 110 balls hitting 6 fours and 1 six. Janeiro Tucker was the pick of the Southampton Rangers bowlers returning figures of 10-0-50-2.

In reply the Southampton Rangers were bowled out for 116, Jaloni Albouy was the top scorer with 56, while Jordan Burgess was the pick of the Bailey’s Bay bowlers returning figures of 7-1-24-4.

At the Somerset Cricket Club, St. David’s Cricket Club defeated Willow Cuts by 103 runs.

Ajuan Lambe led St. David’s to the total scoring 126 off 108 balls hitting 14 fours and 6 sixes, while Derrick Brangman added 56, and Justin Pitcher scored 53 not out. Kamal Bashir was the pick of the Willow Cuts bowlers with figures of 10-1-54-3.

In reply Willow Cuts were bowled out for 208, Sergio Raynor was their top scorer with 55 off 56 balls, he hit 9 fours, George O’Brien Jr was the pick of the St. David’s Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 10-0-27-4, while Brangman bowled 10-0-35-3.

Swayne Campbell was the pick of the Western Stars bowlers with figures of 9-1-52-3, and Dante Wellman bowled 7-0-61-3.

In reply Western Stars were bowled out for 222, Brian Hall was their top scorer with 34, while Paul Carr-Harvey was the pick of the Flatt’s Victoria bowlers returning figures of 8.5-0-45-3.

Cleveland County defeated Warwick Workmen’s Club by 40 runs at the Southampton Oval.

Cleveland County batted first and was bowled out for 131, Curtis Jackson was the top scorer with 30, while Malachi Jones led the Warwick Workmen’s bowling attack with figures of 6.3-1-11-4.
