Delray Rawlins and Sussex teammates entered the Final Day of their LV= Insurance County Championship - Group 3 match against Glamorgan at the Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, with work to do if they want to record their first win of the season.
Glamorgan fought through the morning session scoring 74 runs losing one wicket which was their top scorer Kiran Carlson who was out for 132. Glamorgan was eventually bowled out in the afternoon session for 349, a lead of 153 runs, Ollie Robinson was the pick of the Sussex bowlers returning figures of 30.1-10-78-9. Rawlins returned bowling figures of 20-4-29-0.
Glamorgan would then score 154/2, with Aaron Thomason the top scorer with 78 not out, while Tom Clark was 54 not out.
This match saw Robinson finish with 13 wickets, Carlson score two centuries, and a total of 18 LBW’s given out of 32 wickets that fell.
