Batting first Cayman Islands scored 66/9 in their allotted 20 overs, Troy Taylor was their only batsman in double figures with 19, Nisarg Patel was the pick of the United States of America bowlers with figures of 4-1-8-2.
In reply the United States of America scored 70/1 after 9.4 overs, Steven Taylor entertained the crowd scoring 56 not out off 39 deliveries hitting 9 fours and 2 sixes.
