The Southampton Rangers travelled to the Wellington Oval to face Cleveland County and came away with a 135 run victory.

Batting first Southampton Rangers scored 319, with opener Najiyah Raynor the top scorer with 87 from 94 deliveries he hit 12 fours, while Malachi Jones added 72 from 37 deliveries he hit 2 fours and 7 sixes. Tybrae Robinson was the pick of the Cleveland County bowlers with figures of 9-0-44-3.

In reply Cleveland County were bowled out for 183 in 38 overs, captain Steven Bremar was the top scorer with 54, Charles trot led the Southampton Rangers bowling attack with figures of 8-0-56-4, while Jones bowled 8-2-43-3.

Baileys Bay Win by 142 runs

Bailey’s Bay 242 Flatt’s Victoria 101


At the Sea Breeze Oval, Bailey’s Bay batted first and were bowled out for 242, captain Terryn Fray scored the seasons first century scoring 105 off 118 deliveries, hitting 7 fours and 4 sixes in his 165 minute stay at the crease. Kijuan Franks would return bowling figures of 8-2-19-2 to lead the Flatt’s Victoria bowling attack.

In reply Flatt’s Victoria could only manage 101, Reginal baker was their top scorer with 36, while derrick Brangman returned figures of 9.5-2-19-6 to lead Bailey’s bay to victory, while Rodney Trott bowled 9-1-25-3.

FIRST DIVISION

Western Stars Win by 153 runs

Western Stars 251/9 Warwick Workmen’s Club 98


At the Southampton Oval, Western Stars batted first and scored 251/9 and then bowled Warwick Workmen’s Club out for 98. Justin Robinson led Western Stars with a knock of 51, while Jekon Edness added 50 not out, Stefan Dill was the pick of the Warwick Workmen’s Club bowlers with figures of 7-0-35-2.

In reply Warwick Workmen’s club got 44 runs off the bat of Kian Butterfield, but they fell well short of their target. Seth Campbell was the pick of the Western Stars bowlers with figures of 7-0-24-5.

Willow Cuts Win By 85 runs

Willow Cuts 122 Somerset Bridge 37


Willow Cuts went to the White Hill Field and defeated the Somerset Bridge by 85 runs. Somerset Bridge won toss and decided to field, they would bowl Willow Cuts all out for 122. Kwasi James was the top scorer with 22, while Joshua Gilbert was the pick of the Somerset Bridge bowlers with figures of 9-4-12-5 and Noel Woods bowled 8-0-20-3.

In reply Somerset Bridge were bowled out for 37 in 16.1 overs, James would lead the bowling attack with figures of 8.1-1-16-5, with Kamal Bashir bowling 7-0-16-5.

PHC win by 67 Runs

PHC 235/7 Devonshire Recreation Club 168


At the PHC Stadium, PHC came away with a 67 run victory over the Devonshire Recreation Club, batting first PHC scored 235/7 which included 12 Penalty Runs, Ori Wilson was the top scorer with 69, while Dennis Williams led the Devonshire Recreation Club bowling attack with figures of 9-0-33-3.

In reply Devonshire Recreation Clun were bowled out for 168, Tarik Jennings was their top scorer with a knock of 53, while Dev Hanuman was the pick of the PHC bowlers with figures of 7-0-20-3 and Narra Venkata chipped in with figures of 5-0-28-3.
