Kamau Leverock was on loan from Walkerville Cricket Club as they allowed him to suit up for West Torrens.
West Torrens took on Woodville Cricket Club at Henley Oval in a Twenty20 match, which West Torrens would win by 7 Wickets.
In front of a good sized very jovial crowd Woodville Cricket Club won the toss and went to bat scoring 144/8 in their allotted 20 overs, Leverock proved difficult to handle finishing with figures of 4-0-22-4.
In reply West Torrens were in trouble when Bailey Capel was run out on 33 and Leverock followed the next ball they were 74/3.
But Dan Drew guided West Torrens home scoring 64 not out off 45 deliveries including 19 off the last 6 balls he faced to have West Torrens past their score with one ball to spare, Nick Crouch stood up in the last over, finishing with an unbeaten 24.
