The Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) has postponed the Super 8 Festival Weekend to 2019. The event has received excellent interest from fans, vendors, sponsors and many players however many clubs have not been able to enter a team for the initially scheduled date of September 8th and 9th.
BCB President Lloyd Smith said, “I am particularly heartened by the excitement and interest this event has created in the public which has validated the concept conclusively. Nevertheless, the clubs have not been able to organize their teams for the planned dates therefore we are postponing the event to a date to be determined in 2019. I look forward to a spectacular fun-filled family event with all our best players next year.”
