The Bermuda Cricket Board Open Premier League was captured by the Southampton Rangers, who won 4 of their 5 games. The Bermuda Cricket Open First Division was won by PHC in a closely contested competition with Flatt’s and Cleveland County narrowly missing out.
President of the Bermuda Cricket Board Lloyd Smith said, “The return to Open Cricket was an important strategic move that will allow for enhancement development of our players. I congratulate the two victorious clubs and trust that everybody enjoyed the opportunity to compete in a new format. I expect that this will be a regular feature of our senior domestic cricket season for years to come.”
