Bermuda Cricket Board President, Lloyd Smith said, “I’m proud of the work that the players that have been selected, have continued to put into the training program that the coaching team has provided, since winning the regional T20 Qualifiers last month. With the limited resources that the coaching team was able to work with, since we are out of season and there weren’t any available turf wickets, they have done a good job. As you know, the squad has many young players, supplemented with some very experienced players which augers well for the future of Bermuda cricket. So I’m encouraging all of Bermuda to support our squad unreservedly and I wish the players and support staff all the best for the tournament.”
