On the final day of the Sussex against Nottinghamshire Specsavers Championship match, Delray Rawlins was dismissed without scoring having faced 4 deliveries in six minutes.
Day 4 was delayed Down at Hove, there was a delay due to a damp outfield. There was a pitch inspection at 10.45am, when play did finally get underway the Sussex team went in search of quick runs in a bid to have a second bowl at the Nottinghamshire batsmen, but that was not to be as they declared their inning at 229 and the heavens opened yet again thus ending the game and allowed Nottinghamshire to be promoted to the First Division.
