Sussex’s Delray Rawlins headed to India, following his selection in the England Under-19 squad for the tour of India.
19 year-old Rawlins, who starred for the England Young Lions in Dubai before Christmas, is one of ten uncapped players who have been called up to the squad.
There will be a further Sussex flavour to the tour as Assistant Head Coach Jon Lewis will be also be touring as part of the coaching staff.
Rawlins is looking forward to the challenge of a tough, busy tour and is hoping that the trip will help him kick on to his goal of breaking through to the 1st XI squad.
