CLEVELAND COUNTY – ST. DAVID’S CRICKET CLUB – RAINED OUT
Umpires deemed the pitch at the Wellington Oval unplayable for the Premier Division match to take place between Cleveland County and St. David’s Cricket Club.
WILLOW CUTS WIN BY 6 WICKETS
Western Stars 201/8 (145) Willow Cuts 151/4
At the Somerset Cricket Club Western Stars batted first and scored 201/8 in their allotted 50 overs, however rain halted play and the match was then reduced to 36 overs, with the Willow Cuts target set at 146. Justin Robinson was the top scorer with 68 to lead Western Stars, while Kamal Bashir returned bowling figures of 10-3-39-3 for Willow Cuts.
Before Willow Cuts could start their reply it rained and so the start of the second innings was delayed until about 4:30, the umpires revised the total and Willow Cuts scored 151/4 after 32.2 overs, Sheroy Fubler was the top scorer with 48 runs, while Seth Campbell returned bowling figures of 7-1-19-1 for Western Stars.

DEVONSHIRE RECREATION CLUB WIN BY 31 RUNS
Devonshire Recreation Club 183/8 St. George’s Cricket Club 152
In a match reduced to 37 overs at the Devonshire Rec., visitors St. George’s Cricket Club won the toss and sent the host to bat, Devonshire Recreation Club scored 183-8 in their allotted overs, Lamont Brangman was the top scorer with 61 not out, Maccai Simmons was the pick of the St. George’s Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 8-0-33-2, with Onias Bascome bowling 8-0-38-2.
In reply the St. George’s Cricket Club were bowled out for 152, Oronde Bascome was the top scorer with 33, Wilbur Burt returned figures of 7.2-0-29-3, and Xion Smith bowled 5-0-29-3.
PHC – WARWICK WORKMEN’S CLUB RAINED OUT
The match at PHC did begin at 1:30pm, however soon after the start rain stopped play, with the umpires deciding that no further play could take place on the field.
