Ever since we posted the story regarding Bermuda Cricket more and more people are looking to offer suggestions.
This former player and sponsor said, “Players in the past have been chosen and were showing up just before tournament time to training and when the team gets into games as a unit we are not prepared.
In order to change that I suggest one or 2 things need to happen.
1. Create a program for those not in a high performance system, paid for and make sure it is kept by Bermuda Cricket Board
2. Leave out anyone that is not in a high performance program when picking the squad to train.
