The Bermuda Cricket Board announced the results and decisions of the AGM held at Charities House.
The meeting got underway with the minutes of the last AGM, November 26th, 2014 being approved. The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31st, 2014 were approved with a clean unqualified opinion.
KPMG were re-appointed auditors for the year ended December 31st, 2015.
The recommendations of the Governance Committee to add Dissolution Clause on the winding up of the Association as Bye-Law 17 (a mandatory change imposed by the new Charities Act), was approved unanimously.
The Paul Ross from Somerset Bridge was elected to hold office as the 2nd Vice President until the AGM of 2018, while Lorenzo Tucker from Warwick Workman’s Club was elected to hold office as the Assistant Treasurer/Secretary until the AGM of 2018.
In addition, the following Club Representatives will hold office until the AGM of 2016:
