The Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) and Chivas Regal, the leader in quality blended scotch, announced the winner of the weekly Chivas Cricket Sportsman Award (CCSA) for week 3 is Ricardo Brangman from the Devonshire Recreation Club.
Brangman is the Devonshire Recreation Club Captain and on Saturday June 25th they hosted the Bermuda Under 18 National Team. When the toss was about to be taken captain Brangman noticed that the Under 18 team only had 10 men listed on their team sheet, he advised the captain of the Under 18 team that they only had 10 players listed but had 11 players available and then allowed them to include the 11th player on the team sheet including delaying the toss without any forfeiture to the Under 18 team.
For this act of Sportmanship end encouragement for Bermuda young cricketers Brangman was selected as the Chivas Sportsman of the Week.
