Fingers Crossed as Canada Pick Up A Win

IslandStats.com
Canada got their first ICC World League Division 2 points after they recorded a 46-run win over Kenya in Windhoek.

Both sides had lost their opening games with Canada going down to the Netherlands by 67 runs.

If Canada is successful and advance to Division One, then it leaves Bermuda with a better chance of Qualifying to other ICC events.

The tournament sees Canada, Kenya, Nepal, Netherlands, Uganda and host Namibia lock horns in an eight-day, round robin tournament. The Final and Play-offs will be played on Saturday, January 24th, with the top two teams Qualifying to play in the ICC Intercontinental Cup 2015-17 and Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Championship/Division One.

Four teams Nepal, Netherlands, Uganda and Canada all have a 1 and 1 record, the host Namibia are unbeaten and Kenya are winless.
