Dill with some Umpires IslandStats.com The Americas Regional Men’s Division 2 competition in Florida concluded with two Bermuda Cricket Umpire Association stalwarts playing key roles. Roger Dill performed the duty of the Tournament Referee role and Steven Douglas, was one of the Official Umpires.
Douglas umpired only one game on the final day between Argentina and Cayman Islands, which saw Argentina win the toss and elected to bat, they were bowled all out for 70 in 17.3 overs. Cayman Islands would reply scoring 71/4 in 17 overs.
Douglas and his partner Mohamed Baksh ruled on three LBW’s and two run outs in the Argentina inning, while they only called a No Ball in the Cayman Islands inning.
