The minutes of the last Annual General Meeting, which was held on December 10th, 2013 were approved.
The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31st, 2013 were approved with a clean unqualified opinion.
KPMG were re-appointed auditors for the year ending December 13th, 2014
Elections for the post of President and Treasurer were then voted on, with Lloyd Fray returned as President and Gershon Gibbons elected Treasures, the positions will see the pair hold office until the Annual General Meeting of 2017
In addition, Calvin Waldron, Clay Smith and Lorenzo Tucker were elected as Club Representatives, they will hold office until the Annual General Meeting in 2015.
