Bermuda's members of the ICC Americas U19 team who will take part in the West Indies Cricket Board Regional U19 50-over competition, jetted out of the island this morning.
The tournament will take place in Guyana from August 4th-15th.
The Bermuda team members include Onias Bascome, Tre Manders, Delray Rawlins and Micah Simons.
Manders and Rawlins are coming off memorable performances in the Cup Match Class.
Manders was a member to the Champions Somerset Cricket Club, he scored 66 runs in the first innings and then scored 55 in the second, he also took a blinding catch to dismiss Lionel Cann off the bowling of Janeiro Tucker diving to his left.
Rawlins and member of the Challengers St. George’s Cricket Club scored a half century as a Colt, in the St. George’s Cricket Club first inning Rawlins scored 54 not out, he then returned bowling figures of 14-2-56-2 in the Somerset Cricket Club First Inning.
Bascome was a reserve for the Challengers as well.
