Kamau Leverock and his Horsham Cricket Club 1st XI teammates took on the Eastbourne Cricket Club 1st XI in a Sussex Cricket League 1st XI Premier League match at the Horsham Cricket Club.
Horsham scored 256/6 declared, John Burroughs scored a wonderful 120 backed up by Elliott Cloy 47, Craig Gallagher 36 and Leverock scored 2 off 2 balls.
For Eastbourne Dominic Shepheard took 3-43 and Zane Hartley 2-62.
Eastbourne in reply scored 198 all out with Dan Wells top scoring with 43, they also got 38 from Dominic Shepheard and 31 from Zane Hartley.
Michael Munday was the top bowler for Horsham taking 4-57, while Travis Muller took 3-49, Ben Shoare took 2-26 and Leverock bowled 5-0-22-0 as Horsham won by 58 runs.
