The Bermuda Cricket Board announced the results and decisions of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Charities House.
The minutes of the last AGM, November 29th, 2012 were approved, while the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 were approved with a clean unqualified opinion.
KPMG were re-appointed auditors for the year ending December 31st, 2013.
The following people were elected to hold office until the AGM of 2016:
1st Vice President - Nyon Steede
Secretary - Cheryl Ann Mapp
Fund Development Chair - Kimberley Jackson
In addition, the following Club Representatives will hold office until the AGM of 2014:

Calvin Waldron
