No Jersey Women's Team for Games

National Junior Champion Scott Clayton will lead Jersey's Tennis Team at the Natwest Island Games in Bermuda.

The 19-year-old professional will play alongside James Connelly and Steve Le Cornu plus one other player, to be confirmed in the near future.

But Jersey have confirmed that unlike Guernsey they won't send a Women's team to the Games.

Connelly picked up Jersey's only Medal in the Isle of Wight two years ago in the Individual Event.

But the island are hopeful of better in July with Clayton likely to be the top seed in the Men's Draw.
