William Haddrell is the current Men’s leader of the Bermuda Amateur Stroke Play Championship, while Ebonie Burgess and Tracy Nash are the Ladies leaders of the Bermuda Amateur Stroke Play Championship which tee’d off at the Port Royal Golf Course in challenging windy conditions.
Haddrell shot a 4-over par 75 to finish 5 strokes ahead of Ben Hodge and Adam Mattatall who both shot 9-over pars 80’s. Haddrell shot 1 Birdie, 12 Pars and 5 Bogies.
Burgess and Nash both shot opening rounds of 16-over par 87’s, Burgess shot 9 Pars, 4 Bogeys, 4 Double Bogeys and 1 Triple Bogey, while Nash shot 5 Pars, 10 Bogey’s and 3 Double Bogey’s.
