Kamau Leverock and his Horshams Cricket Club 1st XI teammates took on Worthing Cricket Club 1st XI, at the Horsham CC Ground in Sussex Cricket League - 1st XI Premier League.
Worthing won the toss and decided to bat, Matthew Gould scored 60 runs, while Ian Gooding added 46 and Andrew Lutwyche scored 44. The Horshams bowling attack was led by Michael Munday who bowled 20-5-60-6 as Worthing was bowled all out for 205. Leverock finished with figures of 9-2-33-1.
In reply Sam Attfield led the Horshams run chase scoring 43, while John Burroughs added 36, James Johnson scored 35 and Ben Shoare 34, Leverock was out without scoring, but Horshams scored 208/8 winning by 2 wickets.
