The 2013 Deloitte Open Tennis Tournament continued at the Pomander Gate Tennis Club with the highlight of the day being the Men’s A Doubles Finals.
A night after picking up the Men’s A Singles title Gavin Manders was back on court this time in the Men’s A Doubles Final with his partner Jenson Bascome, the pair took on Michael Toyer and Andrew Moolman. Manders and Bascome emerged champions winning in straight sets 6-3, 6-2.
Meanwhile in Ladies A Singles action Caitlin Gordon defeated Eva Frazzoni in straight sets 7-5, 6-3, while Imani Phillips won her Ladies A Singles Consolation match in straight sets 7-5, 6-3 over Kim Burns.
Mahir Wagh defeated Luke Wedlich in straight sets 6-0, 6-1 in their Men’s B Singles match, while Tyler Irby defeated Chris Killoury in straight sets 6-2, 7-5.
