The Bermuda Basketball Association held the Elite City League Cellone All-Star Weekend inside the Somersfield Gymnasium.
Jason Simons needed a Play-off to defeat Jason Lowe to capture the 3 Point competition, both players were locked at 8 after the first round, the Players were then given 45 seconds, with Simons hitting 10 baskets and Lowe only managed 6 points.
Vernon Lambe won the Skills Competition, while Te’Jour Riley won the Slam Dunk competition.
The first game of the night pitted the Elite City League Rookies against the Sophomore team, with the Rookies coming out on top 34 – 28. Keiron Dill led the Rookies to victory with 16 points, while Dion Easton scored 11 points for the Sophomore’s.
The Bermuda National Team then defeated Elite City League Select 50 – 33, Chris Crumpler led the National Team to victory with 15 points, while Kevin Stevens scored 7 points for the Select Team.
