The Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association’s Bermuda National Swimming Championships got underway at the National Aquatics Center.
The evening got underway with the Girls 12 & Under 400m Freestyle, Ashley Irby touched the wall first with a time of 4:52.65, Emma Harvey finished second with a time of 4:52.79 and Charlotte Faries finished 3rd with a time of 5:34.13.
Shannon Hassell won the Girls 13 & Over 800m Freestyle clocking 10:09.65, while Evan Farrow won the Boy’s 12 & Under 1500m Freestyle touching the wall in a time of 21:06.65 and Brett Smith finished second clocking 21:10.40.
