The Bermuda Cricket Board congratulates Keishun Smith on his selection to play for the 1st team of Knowle and Dorridge on Saturday June 8th in the Warwickshire Cricket League.
Smith will be playing with National Team Member, David Hemp. Smith is currently ranked in 9th place for the clubs MVP Player of the Year.
Seventeen year old Smith who was overlooked for the Bermuda Under 19 National Team is currently finishing his last year at Alderbrook High School in Solihull and will be attending Arden Sixth Form in September.
Lloyd Fray, President of the Bermuda Cricket Board said, "As a former Under 15 National Academy Team Player, the BCB is extremely pleased to hear that Smith is doing so well in the UK. We look forward to seeing how he progresses this season both academically and from a cricketing standpoint."
Meanwhile the Bermuda Cricket Board announced that Christopher Douglas pleaded guilty to a Level 1 breach of the BCB Code of Conduct - Article 2.1.3 Showing Dissent at an Umpire's Decision. He received a reprimand.
