Logic Communications and BCB are excited to embark on their second year partnership sponsoring senior domestic 50 overs cricket.
The Logic Premier League will feature 13 clubs competing for the prestigious "Player of the Year" title. This year the sponsorship will also recognize the Emerging Player of the year.
Each week Logic will reward the Premium League player of the week with a Logic gift voucher and the Emerging Player will receive a gift bag. Additionally at the end of the season Logic will present a "Player of the Year" trophy to the Most Valuable Player.
To cap off its sponsorship package Logic Communications continues to provide free-of-charge broadband Internet service to all clubs and the BCB office and professional support personnel.
Diana Winfield, Head of Marketing and Customer Operations at Logic Communications said, "We are pleased to continue our partner with the Bermuda Cricket Board and by providing free broadband access to community based cricket clubs which enhances the experience to their members and the local community. This especially helps with the after-school assistance as most have a significant youth program. We understand the importance that cricket plays in our community and how it provides leadership to our young people."
Neil Speight, Executive Director of the BCB stated, "The BCB is exited to continue the partnership with Logic Communications who have consistently proven to be a community minded organisation. The provision of free high speed Internet to our grass roots community based clubs will result in greater opportunity for them to build their programs and increase their membership. Additionally, the awarding of the player of the week provides a great incentive and encouragement to all our players."
