In Commercial Summer League Netball action at the Bernard Park, saw the Teachers edge the Breakers 21 – 19. Debbie Deshields led the Teachers to victory with 12 goals, Zindzi Swan added 4 goals, while Camille Masters scored 3 goals and Tanika White scored twice. Kirstin Saltus scored 9 goals for the Breakers, with Darrika Simons scoring 8 times and Debbie Saltus scored twice.
The Blue Flames Police defeated Family 24 – 15, Latisha Rogers scored 19 goals and Rhoda Jones added 5 for the Blue Flames Police team, while Rose Richardson scored 9 goals for Family, while Nina Webb and Stacey Burt added 3 goals each.
Jennifer Simmons and Vernicka Symonds both scored 10 goals to lead PHC to a 24 – 12 win over HSBC. Tyra Simmons added the other 4 goals, while Lavonne Brown scored 8 goals and Lanae Woodley scored 4 times for HSBC.
The Colossal defeated BMA 27 – 13, Fredricka Samuels scored 11 goals for the Colossal’s, while Eshe Grant and Jasmine Grant both scored 8 goals each, while Precious Smith scored 8 goals, Flo Simons scored 4 times and Ruby James scored once for BMA.
