Bermuda’s Kitty Michaels Golf team took to the course for the First Round of the yearly competition in difficult rainy conditions in Puerto Rico.
The Bermuda team played the flamboyant Golf Course at Palmas del Mar. At the conclusion of the first day Bermuda leads the Gross Division and are 3rd in the Net Division.
Bermuda recorded a Gross Score of 252 and a Net Score of 219, while SE Florida scored 255 in Gross and 220 in Net. SW Florida are in third place scoring 262 and 214, while Puerto Rico scored 263 and 221. Ocean Reef find themselves in fifth with a score of 264 and 218, with Baltusrol 267 and 223. Guadeloupe are in seventh with a score of 267 and 223 and Toronto scored 268 and 225.
