The Bermuda Basketball Association’s Women's 3 on 3 Basketball League continued inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium.
The Blazers defeated the Flyers 10 – 7, the game was tied at the half with the score 5 – 5, but the Blazers restricted the Flyers to just two second half points while scoring five as they came away with the three point victory.
Nicole Crumple led the Blazers with 4 points, while Sade Fox scored 4 points for the Flyers.
The Bermuda Basketball Association’s CellOne Elite City League Season continued with a double header inside the Somersfield Academy School Gymnasium.
In the opener the Outback Outlaws defeated the Trinity Sound Lions 65 – 45.
Graham Robinson scored 21 points to lead the Outback Outlaws, while Reji Tolson scored 21 points for the Trinity Sound Lions.
In the second game of the evening the defending champions Bluebirds moved to 3 & 0 on the season with a 49 – 41 win over the Fort Knox Panthers.
Dion Bean lead the Bluebirds to victory scoring 16 points, while Sean Hutchingson scored 13 points for the Fort Knox Panthers.
