Carrie Woolridge has won the 2013 NPC Emerald Cup in Seattle, Washington. Woolridge competed in the Women’s Lightweight where she finished 1st and then won the overall Women’s category.
Meanwhile Hafid James competed in Men’s Physique Class C where he finished T10th, while Ross Ceasar finished 3rd in the Men’s Bodybuilding Light Heavyweight Division.
