On an overcast day at Lord’s in St. David’s, Nepal won the toss and elected to bowl first against Bermuda. After 38.2 overs Bermuda were bowled all out, only five batsmen scored in double figures, captain Stephen Outerbridge was the top scorer with 29, David Hemp scored 16, while Dion Stovell and Malachi Jones both scored 15, Jones was not out and Chris Douglas scored 12. Paras Khadka was the pick of the Nepal bowlers with figures of 10-1-31-4, while Basant Regmi bowled 10-2-21-3. In reply Nepal captain Paras Khaka scored 46 runs off 27 deliveries hitting 4 fours and 3 sixes as Nepal scored 107/2 after 11.2 over, Gyanendra Malla added 34, Rodney Trott was the only Bermuda bowler to grab a wicket he finished with figures of 3-0-28-2 as Bermuda went down by 8 wickets.
At the National Sports Center, Italy won the toss and elected to bowl first, they restricted Uganda to 114/9 in their allotted 50 overs. Richard Okia was the top scorer with 15 from 49 deliveries, while Benjamin Musokae and Laurence Sematimba both added 11. Carl Sandri returned figures of 10-2-26-4 to lead the Italy bowling attack.
In reply Italy fell 23 runs short of their target, as they were bowled all out for 91, opener Andrew Northcote faced 72 deliveries for his 28, while Peter Petricola added 19. Uganda captain Davis Arinaitwe returned bowling figures of 10-3-20-4.
At Somerset Cricket Club, the United States of America won the toss and elected to bowl first. Sufyan Mahmood and Munis Ansari the number 10 and 11 batsmen both scored 26, Ansari was not out, the pair put on a 40 run tenth wicket partnership. Neil McGarrell was the pick of the United States of America bowlers with figures of 10-2-30-3.
In reply the United States of America scored 176/8, Rashard Marshall was the top scorer with 72 not out, captain Steve Massiah added 39. Syed Aamir Kaleem was the pick of the Oman bowlers returning figures of 10-1-34-3.
