Following his National Junior Sponsorship Award of $4,390.00 London Badger player Adam Hall commented. The Bermuda award follows awards that Hall received at the 2012 Badger Awards banquet. The most notable of those awards was the Centrefield Sports Award that was presented to Hall as the Badger Organization’s Most Valuable Player for 2012. Speaking to Dan Haugh, Badger Media Liaison Hall said, “I was quite excited that I had actually received the award, and I felt it was gracious of Bermuda to recognize my efforts.” Hall continued to talk about the Badger program and some goals he has set for himself. “The main thing that I have learned playing with the Badgers is that if you work hard you will be rewarded in different ways. Another thing that I have learned is that you should never settle for anything. You can always achieve more and improve your skills.” “My short term goals are to continue to work hard in practice and games, so that I can keep on improving my baseball skills and knowledge. My long term goals are to hopefully receive a scholarship to play college ball and perhaps someday play professional ball.” Hall said. Hall’s father Tyler Hall had some comments about his son’s progress with the London Badgers program, “His work ethic and progress make us proud parents. The opportunities provided by the Badger program and the off-season instruction and mentoring at Centerfield are key factors to his development.”
