Peter Miller and his 16th ranked Connecticut College Coed sailing teammates hosted the Thompson Trophy regatta on the Thames River. Connecticut placed fourth in the 17 team field with a score of 133 points.
Roger Williams University won the intersectional regatta with a score of 106 points. Boston College scored 120 points to finish second while Stanford University took third place with a score of 122 points.
Senior All-American skipper Atlantic Brugman, Kim Bolick and Lea Bushnell topped the 17 team field in the B Division with a score of 53 points.
In the A Division, senior skipper Miller, Pearson Potts, Steph Kapinos, Grace Medley and Ben Myers scored 80 points en route to their fifth place showing.
