After bringing you three days of coverage of the 2013 Bermuda Grand Prix we can now provide you with the overall winners of each category.
Canadian James Cameron recorded an overall time of 2:36:04 to finish on top of the 2013 Bermuda Grand Prix Male A Division table following three days of racing that concluded in Hamilton. Cameron’s time saw him finish 13.5 seconds ahead of Neil De ste Croix and 13.7 seconds ahead of third overall Adam Harbutt.
Team Pro City Racing rider Cameron, clocked 47 seconds during the Time Trial in St. George’s on Friday evening that saw him finish 5th, he then clocked 1:41:02 during Road Racing on Saturday again in St. George’s that started and finished on Southside, Cameron’s time on day two saw him finish 1st. During Sunday’s Criterium in Hamilton Cameron recorded a time of 54:15 finishing in third place.
Adam Hopkins won the Male B Division clocking an overall time of 2:12:09, this finish was closer than the Male A Division as Daniel Degiorgio finished second 1.1 second behind Hopkins clocking an overall time of 2:12:10.1 and Brian Steinhoff finished 0.2 behind Degiorgio clocking 2:12:10.2.
Sylvia Storry was the overall winner in the Female Open Division clocking an overall time of 1:35:53, while Karen Smith finished second overall with a time of 1:35:59 and Belinda Castree finished third in a time of 1:36:02.
Matthew Oliveria won the Male 13-16 Age Group Division with a time of 1:38:25, while Tyler Smith finished second in 1:38:29 and Robin Horsefield finished third in 1:42:43. Victoria Davis captured the Female 13-16 Age Group Division with a time of 1:19:00, Tristan Narraway finished second in 1:27:05 and Jessica Godfrey finished third in 1:28:35.
