Jena have forced a Game 5 in the Germany Men’s Pro A Division League Quarter Final Play-offs against Sullivan Phillips and his BG Goettingen teammates following a 86-85 win.
BG Goettingen was ahead by 3 points after three quarters before a 28-24 charge by Science City Jena, allowed them to win the game.
Jena’s American guard Kenny Barker helped to win the game recording 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Their other American import point guard Garrett Sim contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners.
Phillips replied with 27 points and 5 assists, he was perfect from downtown making all five Three Point Shots, Phillips also went 3 for 7 from the Field and hit 6 for 10 Free Throws. Phillips grabbed 4 Rebounds and he had 1 Steal in 27 minutes of action.
