Ryan Roberts earlier today won his own Green Jacket in Masters week by winning the Professional Golfers Career College end of term Tournament held at Savannah Quarters Country Club a mere 125 miles from Augusta, GA.
Roberts shot a personal all time tournament best of 5-under par 67 for a come from behind victory having been 4 shots behind the overnight leader.
Day one saw Roberts shoot 4-over par 76 the highlight being a hole-in-one, but sadly with his second ball after putting his tee shot in the water on the island green 15th hole. Day two, with 4 shots to make up, Roberts did everything right and had 5 Birdies and 13 pars to capture the title by 3 shots.
Roberts is a rising junior at the Professional Golfers Career College in Bluffton, SC.
