The Bermuda Brazilian Football School International Girls Football Festival continued with two matches being played and the BFA National Academy, hold trials for players born in 1997-1998.
Day 2 saw both matches end in a draw, as Bermuda's Under 15's managed to hold BFS Guelph and Fergus Under 13's to a scoreless draw. Both teams controlled various phases of the match but were unable to convert their limited goal-scoring opportunities, into the net.
The match of day was played between FC Virginia vs FC Fusion (Monte Verde Academy). Monte Verde went ahead early in the match when Samantha Klein scored in the first half, but FC Virginia replied through a Cachia Kwitneski goal to end the game level at 1-1.
The day ended with more than 20 BFA female trial players, showcase their talent in front of Bermuda Football Association Men's Senior Coach Andrew Bascome, Bermuda Football Association Academy Director Richard Todd, Bermuda Football Association Senior Women's Coach Naquita Dill, Bermuda Football Association Under 17's Coach Aaron Denkins and Bermuda Football Association Under 12's Women's Coach Shawnette Perott.
