The 2013 Bermuda Amateur Match Play Championships continued at the Mid Ocean Club Golf Course.
The rain held off long enough for all matches to be completed although the increasing wind did provide some challenges throughout the morning.
In the Men’s Division Jarryd Dillas defeated Richard Knight 7&5, while Spencer Wideman defeated Luis Gerardo 6&5. Chris Brough defeated Walter Jackson 1 up, while Nick Mansell defeated Geoff Piggott 4&3, Cory DeSilva defeated Craig Christensen 4&3. Rod Forrest defeated Gary Brangman 2 up, while Ian Page defeated Julian Brassington 4&2 and Scottt Barnett defeated Andrew Osborne 3&2.
In the lone Ladies Division match of the day, Gladys Chambaz defeated Susan Frith 4&3.
