Juma Mouchette by all accounts put his name in the hat for the 2013 Carifta Games in the Bahamas after he completed the 5000m event at the National Sports Center.
Mouchette powered his way to the A Standard Time, while Nathan Hartwig finished just outside the B Standard time.
