The Bermuda National Athletics Association now have a Golden Girl in the Field Events and her name is Tiara DeRosa.
DeRosa who is 14 years of age is showing her ability and has drawn the attention of many other athletes in Bermuda.
DeRosa continues to set new Personal Best time after time, she established two more during the Bermuda National Athletics Association’s Track Meet at the National Sports Center.
DeRosa set two new Personal Best in the Discus and Shot Putt, in the Shot Putt DeRosa recorded toss of 11.39m, she also had a toss of 34.65 in the Discus.
Meanwhile Jeneko Place made his first appearance at the BNAA Track Meet for 2013 and won the Under 20 Boys 100m Dash and reached the Carifta B Standard clocking 10.89.
