Representing Bermuda and the Sandys Boat Club, Owen Siese finished third at the 2013 Laser Midwinters East Regatta hosted by the Clearwater Yacht Club, Clearwater, Florida.
Siese competed in the 105 Boat Laser Radial Fleet Class.
Siese finished the Laser Radial Qualifiers Series which saw the competitors compete in 6 races in 6th place with 30 points.
Siese won one race and finished in the top ten in three other races to advance to the Championship Group.
In the Championship Group, Seise finished sixth in the first race, eighth in the second race and 14th in the third race, to finish with a total of 44 points.
