Minister of Finance Bob Richards delivered the 2013 Budget in the House of Assembly. Minister Richards, decreased the Department of Youth, Sports and Recreations Budget by just under half a Million Dollars.
The Department last year was granted an Original Amount of just over 12 million, while this year’s Budget Original Amount is 11.662 million.
This equals and decrease of some 391,000.00.
Richards did not mention Sports in his speech, however the numbers shown in the Budget Book indicates the decrease in Funds.
